Originally opened in 2003 by Owners Kevin Boehm and Rob Katz, BOKA has become one of the best restaurants in Chicago during the past 12 years to dine in because of their warm hospitality and rich history of amazing chefs that have brought in many locals and travelers to try out their meals.

BOKA’S seven course menu includes many great platers that many customers are raving about, but one in particular is the roasted chicken which is cooked with savoy, tamarind and onions. Along with the roasted chicken, you may also want to check out their Heirloom Carrots under their cold options which they creatively created in-house as their version of a great salad to try out.

Once you have eaten from their entrees, you can’t leave without trying some of their desserts which consist a variety of delectables that are to die for. The dessert menu include Grilled Pineapple with fernet, butterscotch and fennel graham , Hazelnut & coffee whole milk Ice cream, Prealine and toasted milk, but if you are in the mood for some chocolate you can also try their warm chocolate cake which includes buckwheat, Kumquat and pomegranate.

BOKA is located in Illinois at 1729 North Halsted Street and the hours are perfect for the start of your happy hour schedule right into the evening! Along, with being able to taste their great food, if you are a local BOKA has a great space for you and many companies to hold the perfect private parties.
