The ARTISTIX fashion show was held on September 11th at Metropolitan West.  The show was produced by Kia’s Style 360, who curate a selection of invite only fashion shows for New York Fashion Week.  Fashion Designer Greg Polisseni and Creative Director Andy Hilfiger (yes, Tommy’s brother), showcased ‘EVOLUTION’ with 34 complete and original looks sent down the runway for their Spring/Summer 2018 Collection.

In case you missed it, the collection consisted of distressed hand painted fabrics, leather jackets, bomber jackets, football pants, dresses, tees, tanks, crop tops, underwear, swimsuits, and more.  You certainly cannot go wrong with denim, metallics, tie-dye, studs, fringes, and/or sequins in your wardrobe.  The foil leggings were one of my personal favorite pieces.

Clearly ARTISTIX lives up to its name.  Fashionable wearable art, and they have something for everyone.  The fashion show was much more than just celebrity faces and media.  With over 350 people in attendance, the show was lively, well-organized, and an artistic experience.  The after party was held next door at Hudson Terrace, where iconic DJ Cassidy electrified the NYC crowd.

Tommy Hilfiger, Ally Hilfiger, Marky Ramone, DJ Cassidy, Fat Boy SSE, Jerry Wonda, Bryan Bautista (The Voice – Season 10), Tahiry Jose (Love & Hip Hop: New York), and Bianca Bonnie (Love & Hip Hop: New York), were all spotted front row.
