Marisa Marez, who was born premature, was the start of being strong and a little more different. Marisa was quiet, shy, with a petite frame growing up but never afraid to stand up for herself. She had a presence about herself that was undeniable and lead to many talkers. In life, Marisa always knew she wanted to do something beyond the ordinary. She enjoys music, dance, fashion, beauty, modeling and has a huge love for animals. She started modeling at the early age of eighteen. Marisa discovered she has a natural talent in front of the camera and enjoys the images being captured that can tell a story. Glamour modeling is Marisa’s element. She feels at her best and most self, channeling women and body empowerment. In today’s society, Marisa feel’s an increase of openness to the art of a woman’s body however there is a vast majority that think nudity on a scale of small and large portray women as attention seekers or being mistaken for less. I have often come across instances when a man think’s less of a woman or view her as an easy catch based off her modeling photos, which could not be more stereotypical in today’s reality. While spreading awareness to body shamers, female dominance and supporting animal activists, Marisa wants to continue her career in Glamour and expand her horizons. Marisa encourages to love who you are, do what you love and fight for what you love, because not once will you regret it.
