Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
3/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 Banana
Directions
- Freeze the banana and the pineapple chunks for about 30 minutes.
- In a blender place the pineapple juice, the frozen pineapple chunks, Vanilla Greek Yogurt and the banana. Blend all the ingredients until smooth then serve.
- Garnish the pineapple smoothie with mint leaves and one fresh pineapple wedges.
