Pineapple Smoothie

This sweet tropical pineapple smoothie flavor is simply enticing.  It is a tropical treat that will make you feel that you are on vacation in the Island. Pineapple smoothie is a healthy drink that has a rich nutrient. It can also reduced inflammation, improved your heart health and protect against Cancer.  

Ingredients 

1 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice 

1 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks 

3/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt 

1 Banana 

Directions

  • Freeze the banana and the pineapple chunks for about 30 minutes. 
  • In a blender place the pineapple juice, the frozen pineapple chunks, Vanilla Greek Yogurt and the banana. Blend all the ingredients until smooth then serve.
  • Garnish the pineapple smoothie with mint leaves and one fresh pineapple wedges. 
  • Place the pineapple wedges on the glass rim for decoration.
